Responsibilities

• Write concise, accessible UX copy for web, mobile, and e-learning platforms (e.g., buttons, labels, tooltips, onboarding flows).
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and content strategists to align content with user experience goals.
• Translate complex educational or policy topics into easy-to-navigate digital content.
• Help define and maintain content style guides and voice/tone standards.
• Conduct or support content testing and user feedback sessions.

• 2+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles and content strategy.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
• Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.

Bonus: Familiarity with e-learning platforms, instructional design, or storytelling formats.
