Description
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients filing vehicle damage or loss claims.
- Assess and appraise vehicle damage to ensure accurate claim processing.
- Navigate clients through every step of the claim process, providing exceptional customer service.
- Liaise with repair centers, insurance companies, and internal teams within MGM MOTOR TRADING, INC.
- Keep clients informed of claim status, updates, and coordinate vehicle repairs and services with authorized Nissan centers.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Entry-level position, with at least 1-year experience required, preferably in automotive industry
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in test rides/drives, excellent communication, negotiation skills, and basic computer literacy.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Evaluate vehicle claims, liaison with customers and insurance providers, process claim documents, and facilitate test rides/drives.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with occasional visits to automotive sites, full-time position.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, customer-focused, and able to work comfortably both independently and as part of a team.
