Description
- Provide medical care for pets and livestock.
- Perform surgeries and administer vaccinations.
- Diagnose and treat animals, perform surgeries, and mentor staff.
- Diagnose illnesses and recommend treatments.
- Educate pet owners on nutrition and care.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with veterinary technicians and staff.
- Stay current with veterinary advancements and practices.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine and must be licensed.
- Experience Level: Minimum of 5 years clinical experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in surgery, handling complex cases, mentoring junior staff, and providing leadership.
- Working Conditions: Requires ability to work in animal hospitals or clinics.
- Qualities and Traits: Compassionate, strong communicator, detail-oriented, and resilient.
- Schedule: Can work in shifting schedule
