这个职位非常适合具备扎实视频和音频编辑基础、敏锐细致的观察力（和听觉）以及对叙事充满热情的人。你应该能够在快节奏的环境中工作，管理多个项目，并满足紧迫的截止日期。
主要职责
- 将原始视频和音频素材编辑和组装成精致、引人入胜的视频和播客剧集。
- 从较长的视频和播客中创建短形式内容（例如，社交媒体剪辑、短视频、亮点集锦）。
- 与创意团队合作，开发和执行与项目目标相符的视频和播客概念。
- 添加动态图形、音效、音乐和其他元素，以增强视频和音频质量。
- 确保所有内容都针对不同平台和格式进行了优化（例如，YouTube、Instagram、TikTok、Spotify）。
- 对视频素材进行色彩校正和分级，以保持视觉一致性和质量。
