Job Description
- 将房地产照片导入Runway ML并使用提供的提示生成视频剪辑。
- 根据场景类型选择正确的模型（Gen-4 与 Gen-4 Turbo）。
- 审核AI输出 → 如果不切实际或质量差则重新生成。
- 将所有最终视频提升到4K。
- 在Final Cut Pro 或 iMovie中编辑剪辑：修剪、速度变化、转场、节奏、添加音乐和特效。
附加要求
- 具有房地产或建筑媒体经验。
工作设置与时间安排
- 完全远程，自由职业角色。
- 最初基于项目，未来有可能进行长期持续合作。
- 工作时间灵活，但必须满足隔日/同日交付截止日期。
- 优先考虑能够在菲律宾时间的深夜、通宵和清晨工作的人，因为我们总部在加拿大。
薪酬
- 起薪为PHP 200/小时，具体取决于技能和作品集。
- 对于持续高质量的工作，可能会有加薪。
