Video Editor & Content Strategist (Web3 Podcast)

About Us:
AthenaX Roundtable is a premier video podcast that deciphers the complexities of the Ethereum ecosystem for a broad audience. We host conversations with the founders, researchers, and developers building the future of the decentralized web.

The Role:
We're looking for more than a video editor; we're seeking a storyteller and content strategist. Your mission is to transform in-depth technical discussions into compelling, shareable narratives. You have a sharp eye for identifying the 30-second viral hook, the 3-minute 'aha!' explanation, and the powerful moments that make people stop scrolling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit one 20-30 minute podcast episode weekly.
• Identify, cut, and produce 15-20+ high-impact short-form clips (Hooks, Explainers, etc.) from each episode.
• Adapt and optimize all content for various platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Reels, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn.
• Manage the full post-production workflow: audio enhancement, color grading, motion graphics, and captioning.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure all assets meet our high standards for quality and brand consistency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in video editing, with a portfolio showcasing work on podcasts, interviews, or similar dialogue-driven content.
• Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition).
• Deep understanding of social media video formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) and what drives engagement on each platform.
• Exceptional storytelling ability and a keen sense for pacing and narrative structure.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of meeting tight deadlines in a remote setting.

Bonus Points:

• A strong interest in and understanding of the Web3, blockchain, and Ethereum ecosystem.
• Experience creating motion graphics to visualize complex technical concepts.
