- Develop and execute compelling visual displays that enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align visuals with branding strategies.
- Analyze sales trends to optimize product placement and inventory presentation.
- Maintain store aesthetics by ensuring visual standards are met consistently.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor practices.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Education degree not required.
- Experience Level: No experience required; entry-level position available.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, teamwork, merchandising, inventory management, public speaking, sales training, and customer management are essential.
