Description
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Develop attractive product displays, manage inventory, collaborate with team members, and enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align displays with promotional campaigns.
- Analyze customer behavior and sales data to optimize product placement.
- Maintain visual standards and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative merchandising techniques.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No experience required; entry-level position.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, teamwork, merchandising, customer management, inventory management, analytical skills, sales training, and presentation skills.
- Working Conditions: Retail environment with fast-paced tasks and potential evening or weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Creative, detail-oriented, adaptable, and customer-focused.
