Description

  • Strategically arrange store layout based on hardware categories for optimal customer flow.
  • Ensure products are displayed according to seasonality, sales trends, and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves, displays, and aisles.
  • Update signage, labels, and product placements regularly.
  • Design eye-catching in-store displays to attract customers and boost sales.
  • Implement creative themes and seasonal setups to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Use lighting, color schemes, and props to make displays stand out.
  • Monitor and refresh displays periodically based on sales performance.
  • Design digital marketing materials, including banners, posters, and social media graphics.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align in-store promotions with online campaigns.
  • Ensure branding consistency across all digital and physical materials.

Requirements

  • College graduate with a Major in Graphic Arts, Architecture, or any related field
  • Proven experience in visual merchandising or a related field, demonstrating creativity and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt displays to promote new products and align with brand-wide campaigns
  • Strong understanding of brand visual strategies and their implementation in store displays
  • Willing to be assigned to the Minglanilla Branch
