Description
- Design attractive product displays to enhance sales.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align visuals with brand strategy.
- Implement seasonal and promotional displays effectively.
- Analyze customer behavior and sales data to optimize merchandising.
- Maintain visual standards across all store locations.
- Train staff on visual merchandising techniques.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, customer management, merchandising, sales training, and teamwork abilities are essential. Proficiency in latte art is a plus.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, requiring flexibility in hours and teamwork.
- Qualities and Traits: Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
