- Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas
- Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management
- Handle payments and provide change to customers
Requirements
- Job Title: Waiter
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in a quick service restaurant preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer-oriented focus, effective communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
