Description
- Serve food and beverages to customers promptly and courteously.
- Take customer orders and provide menu recommendations.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely service.
- Maintain a positive attitude and excellent communication with guests.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No specific degree required; basic education preferred.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong hospitality skills, waitering ability, customer-oriented approach, and familiarity with quick service restaurant operations.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, flexible hours including nights and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, quick thinker, strong work ethic, and ability to work under pressure.
