  • Take and process food and drink orders efficiently.
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders to tables.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
  • Assist with menu selections and offer recommendations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: A diploma in hospitality or related field is preferred.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a quick service restaurant environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in waitering, excellent hospitality skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
  • Working Conditions: Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, punctual, and customer-focused with strong teamwork abilities.
