Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with orders in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Take and process customer orders accurately through the POS system or counter.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks according to company standards and hygiene guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area, counter, and kitchen.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stocks and reporting shortages.
• Support team members during busy hours to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally and report issues to the supervisor.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager or team leader.
