- Greet and serve customers with a friendly attitude.
- Present menus and answer questions about food and beverages.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver food and drinks timely while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handle payments and provide change as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Good communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
