- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverages.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables.
- Assist with any guest inquiries or complaints.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Requirements
- JOB TITLE: WAITER/WAITRESS
- ASSIGNMENT AREA: FAIRVIEW/MAKATI/CEBU
- 25-35 YRS OLD
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Taking orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requires standing for long hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
