Description
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and storing inventory.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet shipment deadlines.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in handling personnel, strong organizational skills, and teamwork.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage inventory, assist in training staff, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Working Conditions: Physically demanding environment with potential for heavy lifting.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, and effective communicator with leadership abilities.
