Description
- Package products efficiently and accurately according to specifications.
- Pack products efficiently, ensure quality control, and assist in inventory management.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines during the packing process.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No previous experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to perform heavy lifting, coach staff on packing techniques, and maintain an organized workspace.
- Working Conditions: Physically demanding role in a warehouse environment, requiring adherence to safety protocols.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, teamwork skills, and attention to detail.
