About the role

As the Warehouse Supervisor at Ace Hardware Phils., Inc., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse in SM City Consolacion branch. This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of inventory, and optimize warehouse operations to support the business objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the work of the warehouse team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, identifying any discrepancies and implementing corrective actions
• Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring accurate record-keeping and adherence to standard operating procedures
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, safety, and cost-effectiveness
• Provide training and development opportunities to the warehouse team to build their skills and knowledge
• Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, safe, and compliant with all relevant health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role
• Strong understanding of warehouse management principles, including inventory control, space utilization, and workflow optimization
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills
• Proficient in using warehouse management software and other relevant technologies
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members and cross-functional stakeholders
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practice.
• Willing to be assigned in SM City Consolacion, Consolacion, Cebu.
