Job Description
- Provide financial advice to clients on insurance, savings, and budgeting.
- Analyze personal financial data and create personalized plans.
- Evaluate clients' financial status and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term success.
- Stay updated with industry trends, insurance products, and financial solutions.
- Meet activity goals and contribute to team targets and overall business growth.
- Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement (BGC + field-based client visits).
- Strong consultative approach with the ability to translate financial data into clear advice.
- Must be goal-driven and capable of meeting sales and activity targets.
- High professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client confidentiality.
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts and follow through with personalized action plans.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma Course
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in financial consulting or advisory roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and communication skills
- Working Conditions: 2x a month face to face meetings, the rest is field-based for client meetings
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, problem-solver, ability to work independently and in teams.
