We are looking for a skilled and creative Website Developer for a one-off project-based position to assist us in building and managing highly functional websites using the Wix platform. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of web development principles, strong design abilities, and a dedication to creating smooth user experiences

• Coordinating with the design leads to understand the project requirements and objectives.
• Create, design and implement new features and functionality of the website through WIX platform.
• Pay attention to user experience (UI/UX) by ensuring intuitive navigation and clear calls to action.
• Ensure high performance and functionality, and manage all technical aspects of the websites.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal viewing experiences across various devices and screen sizes.
• Creating a look and feel that aligns with the website’s purpose.
• Designing user interfaces, navigation menus, and overall website aesthetic
• Able to meet the deadline requirements. 

• Experience in web development, with a focus on building websites using the Wix platform
• Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development
• Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
• Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
• Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
• Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
• Proficiency in Wix Studio and Velo Code
• Strong understanding of PHP back-end development
• Knowledge of the entire web development process, including design, development and deployment is preferred
• Ensure SEO-friendly, high-performing sites
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in web design, multimedia design, or related field
• Experience in e-commerce applications and development
• Proven success in project coordination
• Experience in implementing web development workflows and operations using a variety of tools
