Responsibilities

Design and develop core trading interfaces: responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the core user interface of the DEX platform, including but not limited to token swaps, liquidity pool management, trade history, and asset management, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and an exceptional user experience.

Deep integration of Web3 tech stack: proficiently integrate mainstream Web3 libraries (e.g., ethers.js / web3.js, wagmi) with user wallets (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet, etc.) to enable secure wallet connections, transaction signing, state monitoring, and on-chain interactions.

Real-time on-chain data display and interaction: implement real-time fetching, parsing, and visualization of on-chain data (e.g., price charts, depth charts, gas fee estimation, transaction status updates) as well as secure user interactions with smart contracts.

Optimize front-end performance and security: possess a deep understanding of performance bottlenecks in blockchain applications (e.g., RPC call optimization, state update management) and continuously optimize front-end performance. Strictly adhere to security best practices, writing robust, secure code to prevent front-end attacks such as phishing and state tampering.

State management and complex interaction logic: utilize modern state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Zustand, MobX, Context API + Hooks) to efficiently manage complex application state and handle asynchronous operations and transaction workflows.

Responsive design and multi-platform adaptation: ensure the DEX platform delivers a consistent and excellent user experience on both desktop and mobile (web) platforms.

Collaboration and quality assurance: work closely with UI/UX designers to implement design mockups. Collaborate effectively with smart contract developers and backend engineers to define interface specifications. Write high-quality, maintainable code and develop unit and integration tests (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) to ensure front-end quality.

Technical exploration and documentation: stay informed of front-end Web3 technology trends, evaluate and adopt appropriate new technologies, and write clear technical documentation.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

3–5 years of professional front-end development experience.

Core front-end technologies:

Expertise in at least one major front-end framework: React (highly recommended and mainstream) / Vue / Angular; deep experience in the React ecosystem is preferred.

Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors (SASS/LESS), and familiar with modern CSS layout techniques (Flexbox, Grid).

Proficient in state management libraries (Redux and its ecosystem such as Redux Toolkit / Thunk / Saga, or Zustand, MobX, etc.).

Familiar with front-end build toolchains (Webpack, Vite, Babel, npm/yarn/pnpm).

Core Web3 tech stack:

Required: Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals (transactions, gas, blocks, smart contracts).

Required: Hands-on experience with wallet integrations (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.).

Required: Proficient with at least one major Web3 interaction library (ethers.js or web3.js; familiarity with React Hooks libraries like wagmi is a plus).

Understanding of EVM-compatible chains and their interaction principles.

Familiar with the process of interacting with smart contracts (ABI, method calls, event listening).

Knowledge of common front-end security risks and mitigation strategies.

Performance and Engineering:

Experience developing and optimizing performance for large-scale, complex single-page applications (SPAs).

Familiar with front-end testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.).

Proficient in using Git for version control and team collaboration.

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem analysis and resolution skills, able to tackle technical challenges independently.

Strong sense of responsibility, security consciousness, and quality awareness (crucial in scenarios involving user assets).

Good communication skills and a spirit of teamwork.

Self-driven with a strong passion for blockchain technology and decentralized finance (DeFi), and a strong willingness to continuously learn.
