- Lead projects and initiatives with different and competing timelines and requirements.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to design and implement user-facing features
- Design and develop technical solutions to support ScaleForge's business operations.
- Create reusable components and place them into a curated repository (Storybook/Git/NPM) for other developers to create their digital applications
- Work within the existing framework but always suggest improvements in how we work and choice of platforms/technologies.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with ReactJS
- Proficiency in NodeJS and Typescript
- Knowledge of state management tools (zustand, redux, context, etc.)
- Experience in Unit and Integration Testing using Jest, React Testing Library, and other testing libraries
- Understanding of RESTful APIs/GraphQL and integration of endpoints to frontend
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as Next.js, CRA
