Job Title: WordPress Developer (Independent Contractor)

Location: Permanent Work From Home

Work Setup: Remote (Independent Contractor)

Shift Schedule: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday (PH Time)

Experience Level: Entry-Level to Mid-Level (2 years experience preferred)

Compensation: ₱30,000 – ₱40,000 monthly

About the role:

We’re looking for a WordPress Developer to join our team as an independent contractor. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in web development. You’ll be building, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites using Elementor and Oxygen.

This is a hands-on role for someone with a portfolio of WordPress sites who is passionate about clean design, performance optimization, and delivering client-ready results. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply, provided you have the required skills and portfolio.

What you will be doing:

• Website Development & Customization

1. Build and customize WordPress websites using Elementor and Oxygen.
2. Ensure all sites are responsive, mobile-friendly, and optimized for performance.
3. Maintain and update existing websites based on project requirements.

• Collaboration & Delivery

1. Work closely with project managers and internal teams to deliver on time.
2. Follow design guidelines and brand standards.
3. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.

• Quality & Optimization

1. Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and usability.
2. Test across browsers and devices to ensure functionality.
3. Implement improvements for scalability and user experience.

• Must-Have Experience:

1. At least 2 years of WordPress development experience.
2. Hands-on expertise with Elementor and Oxygen page builders.
3. A portfolio of at least 3 WordPress websites you’ve built.
4. Strong grasp of responsive design and optimization best practices.
5. Reliable internet connection and ability to work the night shift (9PM–6AM).
