Description
- Perform welding tasks on various materials such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
- Inspect welds to ensure structural soundness and adherence to technical standards.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in proper working condition.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members, including electrician, painters, and engineers, to complete tasks efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or quality issues to the supervisor.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or TESDA NC II/III certification in welding is preferred.
- Proven experience as a welder in industrial, construction, or manufacturing settings.
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
- Knowledge of various welding techniques and safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and physical stamina.
- Good communication skills and teamwork.
