The Welder is responsible for joining, repairing, and fabricating metal parts and structures using various welding techniques. This role ensures that all welds meet company quality standards, safety requirements, and customer specifications to support manufacturing operations.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
• Perform welding operations such as SMAW, MIG, TIG, or other processes depending on job requirements.
• Assemble, join, and repair metal parts, equipment, and structures.
• Inspect welds to ensure proper penetration, strength, and quality.
• Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and cleaning surfaces before welding.
• Operate welding machines, torches, and other related tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow company safety standards, including the use of PPE and proper handling of welding equipment.
• Maintain welding equipment in good working condition.
• Collaborate with fabricators, fitters, and other production staff to meet deadlines.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor related to fabrication or maintenance.
