2. Reception: Responsible for visitor reception and event scheduling.
3. Logistics Support: Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the office environment, ensuring the normal operation of facilities and equipment.
4. Event Organization: Assist in the procurement and execution of various company events.
5. Emergency Response: Address emergencies promptly, providing support and coordination.
1. Educational Requirements: Undergraduate students or higher.
2. Skill Requirements:
• Familiarity with administrative workflows and experience in administrative management.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of multitasking and executing efficiently.
• Fluent in spoken English and Chinese.
3. Personal Traits:
• Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous, and organized.
• Strong service orientation and adaptability.
