Community Management and User Growth
Responsible for the daily operations of core Web3 community platforms such as Discord, Telegram, and Twitter, including answering queries, setting rules, and maintaining community atmosphere.
Design and implement growth strategies to enhance community engagement and user retention.
Monitor community sentiment, address FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt) promptly, and uphold the project's reputation.
Content Planning and Event Execution
Plan and organize online events (such as Twitter Spaces, live streams, MEME contests, and NFT giveaways) to increase user participation.
Collaborate with the project team to translate technical advancements and product updates into easily understandable content for the community (announcements, graphics, short videos).
Manage KOL/KOC partnerships to expand the project's influence within the Web3 ecosystem.

Experience with social media platforms: Discord (bot management, role settings), Telegram, Twitter (tweet style, topic management).
Data analysis: Ability to use tools (such as Google Analytics, Dune Analytics) to analyze community growth data.
High emotional intelligence communication: Skilled in engaging with community members from diverse cultural backgrounds, capable of handling sudden public opinion crises. Creative planning ability: Capable of organizing interesting community events to enhance user engagement. Stress resilience: Adaptable to the fast pace of the Web3 industry, able to flexibly adjust operational strategies.
