Assist in the recruitment process, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Maintain and update the talent database, providing data analysis support.
Participate in client needs assessment, providing market information and recommendations.
Support the team's daily administrative tasks to improve efficiency.
Maintain positive relationships between the company, candidates, and clients.

Educational Qualifications: At least a diploma or above.
Experience Level: 5-10 years of relevant work experience.
Skills and Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Office, excellent time management and written communication skills, capable of effective scheduling, fluent in English, accurate data entry, good organizational skills, and proper exercise of discretion.
Responsibilities and Tasks: Responsible for daily administrative support, coordinating meeting arrangements, managing documentation, and handling data entry.
Working Conditions: Working in an office environment, occasional overtime may be required.
Qualities and Characteristics: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, good communication skills, and proactive.
