Description
- Assist in the recruitment process, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Maintain and update the talent database, providing data analysis support.
- Participate in client needs assessments, providing market information and recommendations.
- Support the team's daily administrative tasks to improve efficiency.
- Maintain good relationships between the company, candidates, and clients.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: At least an associate degree or higher.
- Experience Level: 5-10 years of relevant work experience.
- Skills and Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Office, excellent time management and written communication skills, capable of effective scheduling, fluent in English, accurate data entry, strong organizational skills, and appropriate use of discretion.
- Responsibilities and Tasks: Responsible for daily administrative support, coordinating meeting arrangements, managing documents, and handling data entry.
- Working Conditions: Work in an office environment, with occasional overtime required.
- Qualities and Characteristics: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, good communication skills, and proactive attitude.
