Job Description

Marketing Brand Manager

Location: Remote to start — moving on-site later this year or early next year

Pay: ₱50,000 – ₱60,000 per month for the first 3 months, then a performance-based package (see How Your Pay Works)

You Will Be The First

We are building our brand presence in the Philippines from the ground up, and you are the person we are building it around. This is not a support role and it is not someone else's content calendar. Your face, your ideas, your creator network. Everyone who joins this team after you will be working from the playbook you write.

Most social media jobs hand you a calendar and ask you to fill it. This one hands you a camera.

What You'll Be Promoting

AI apps, to start. That is the product today — software people sign up for and subscribe to. ClipyAI is one of them.

We should be straight with you: we do not have skincare, beauty, fashion or lifestyle brands yet. That is where we are right now, not where we are going. As we bring more brands on board those categories open up — and you would be the one fronting them.

So if you want a portfolio that ends up spanning more than one category, this is a good place to start. You get in early on AI, which only small creator base in PH has touched, and you grow into the rest as it arrives.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Be the face. You are on camera — TikToks, Reels, Shorts, hosting, product demos, campaigns. People will know our brands because they know you.
  • Live in the trend cycle. Spot the sound, the format, the joke — and ship it while it is still moving. Speed beats polish here.
  • Scale yourself with AI. Use AI video tools to turn out UGC-style ads and organic content at volume, for our own brands and for the partner brands we work with. Test twenty hooks in the time it used to take to film one.
  • Build the creator roster. Find Filipino creators, pitch them, and run the relationship end to end — briefs, deadlines, revisions, payment, performance. Keep them posting, not just signed.
  • Grow the brand partnerships. Grow the Filipino brands already in your portfolio, bring in new ones, and own those relationships day to day.
  • Own the accounts. Calendar, publishing, comments, DMs, community. It is yours.
  • Know your numbers. Views, retention, follower growth, engagement — and use them to decide what to make next.

What We're Looking For

  • A TikTok or Instagram portfolio. This one is non-negotiable. Public links, content you made, ideally content you are in.
  • Natural on camera, in Filipino and in English.
  • You have actually used AI video tools — and you know where they work and where they still look fake.
  • You have got deliverables out of people you do not manage — creators, freelancers, partners.
  • A real feel for internet culture and for what makes Filipino audiences stop scrolling.
  • You have grown an account before, and you can talk about the actual numbers.
  • You find AI genuinely interesting. No tech background needed — but you cannot be bored by what you are selling.
  • You will send the cold message. And the follow-up. (AI assisted, no manual work)
  • You are comfortable being paid on results once you are past your first 3 months.
  • Nobody is going to tell you what to film this week. That should sound good to you.

Nice to Have

  • Video editing — CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar.
  • An existing network in the Filipino creator community.
  • Influencer contract and rate negotiation experience.
  • Paid social — TikTok Ads or Meta Ads.

How Your Pay Works

  • Months 1 to 3 — straight basic. ₱50,000 – ₱60,000 per month while you learn the brands and build your roster. No commission target hanging over you.
  • From month 4 — basic plus commission. The package is restructured: a lower guaranteed basic, plus commission on your results. The intent is that a strong quarter pays you more than the starting basic, not less.
  • The exact month-4 basic and commission rates are discussed with you before end of 3rd month.

Where You'll Work

  • Remote now, face to face later. You start working remotely. Later this year or early next year we will want you on-site and working face to face, living in company-provided accommodation with rent, electricity and water shouldered by the company. You need to be genuinely willing to make that move when the time comes.

Important — Please Read Before Applying

This role starts remote, but it is not a permanently remote job. You must be willing to move on-site and work face to face later this year or early next year. You will live in company-provided accommodation, with rent, electricity and water shouldered by the company. Please only apply if you are genuinely willing to make that move.
