Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Record and process financial transactions accurately
- Prepare invoices, payment schedules, and expense reports
- Monitor budgets and financial expenditures
- Prepare management accounts and financial reports
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
- Manage payroll support and statutory deductions
- Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accounting files and financial documentation
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Assist during audits and financial reviews
Requirements
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
