Growth Operations (Traditional Traffic Direction) Core Responsibilities 1. Traffic Acquisition and Optimization Execute global market strategies for organic traffic growth, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing; Optimize user experience on the official website and landing pages to enhance conversion rates for key processes such as registration and transactions; Manage external advertising channels (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok, etc.), monitor data, and optimize advertising performance. 2. User Growth and Data Analysis Analyze user behavior data to optimize user acquisition and retention strategies; Assist in designing A/B testing plans to improve key metrics (such as registration rate and conversion rate); Produce traffic growth reports and provide data insights to support decision-making. 3. Cross-Department Collaboration Collaborate with product and technology teams to optimize key processes such as registration and payment experiences; Work closely with marketing and advertising teams to ensure the efficient implementation of traffic growth strategies. Job Requirements 2-5 years of experience in internet growth operations, with preference given to candidates with experience in fintech/exchanges;

Familiar with traditional growth strategies such as SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing; possess data analysis skills and can use tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel; fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus), able to adapt to an international work environment.
