Supervise and oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and procedures
Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, payments, and customer billing
Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate any discrepancies
Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making
Supervise and mentor the accounting team, ensuring they are properly trained and supported
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a financial accounting or reporting environment
Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, standards, and best practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
