Job Responsibilities:

1. Experience in contractual market growth, with resources such as KOLs, project parties, and wallets; familiar with the Japanese market and trading communities.

2. Establish a network of KOLs/YouTubers related to the Japanese market and DeFi, expand the Japanese KOL/YouTuber market, and connect and maintain the Japanese community.

3. In-depth understanding of the DEX sector, comprehension of the core logic of DeFi, and a thorough understanding of the overall structure of the target market.

4. Strong capability in client development and maintenance, keen market awareness, excellent business negotiation skills, and adaptability.

5. Assist in planning operational activities in Japan, achieve activity objectives, and establish the brand tone in Japan.
