Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and enhance algorithmic trading strategies and core systems. - Optimize network, hardware, and software performance, continuously improving platform architecture. - Lead the development of quantitative research infrastructure, collaborating with the strategy team on data processing, backtesting, and strategy development. - Manage critical technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and high quality; project management experience preferred. - Stay abreast of industry technology trends and drive innovation in trading systems. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. - Over 3 years of quantitative technology experience, with expertise in high-frequency trading or high-performance computing. - Proficient in C++ and Python, with strong system-level programming and parallel computing skills. - Experience in strategy development and live trading, with an understanding of market structure. - Expertise in Linux, Docker, AWS, and version control systems (Git). - Familiarity with cryptocurrency trading and rapid market response. - Strong project management, teamwork, and communication skills.
