We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Virtual Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication Management: Handle incoming emails and communications, prioritize messages, and respond on behalf of executives as needed.
  • Document Management: Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports. Maintain organized records and files.
  • Research: Conduct research and gather information to assist executives in decision-making.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in project management by tracking timelines, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Client Relations: Interact with clients and stakeholders professionally, ensuring positive relationships are maintained.
  • Task Prioritization: Manage and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a corporate environment or supporting executive-level professionals.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting or financial principles.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
