  • Oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support strategic objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance performance.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant financial experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Analytical thinker, excellent communication skills, and proactive problem-solver.
