Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overall operational strategy and execution of web3 contract trading products;

2. Develop and implement plans for user growth, trading depth, and increased activity;

3. Monitor key metrics (trading volume, active users, capital inflow/outflow) and conduct regular reviews;

4. Research competitors and formulate differentiated market strategies;

5. Coordinate with teams (marketing, technical, customer service, risk control) to drive the growth of contract business.

Qualifications:

1. Familiar with exchange business, with at least 2 years of experience in contract/spot product operations;

2. Preferably with resources in derivatives operations, risk control, or quantitative trading;

3. Data-driven, able to independently develop and optimize operational plans;

4. Fluent in both Chinese and English; proficiency in Malay is a plus.

Salary: 3000-4000 USD
