We’re working with a leading beauty creator with 3.8M+ followers across socials and a highly engaged global audience. We produce high-engagement content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and we’re building a production team that doesn’t just meet expectations but exceeds them.

This is a remote-only, long-term role designed for top performers who want freedom, flexibility, and a fast-paced, rewarding challenge.

Who We’re Looking For

• You’re not just a video editor. You’re a visual strategist with a love for beauty and a pulse on what performs.
• You know the difference between an okay edit and an “I need to watch that again” moment.
• You work fast, clean, and with surgical attention to detail.
• You’re a creative thinker who’s also highly organized.
• You don’t need hand-holding — you bring ideas, solutions, and a strong aesthetic instinct.
• You understand that beauty is in the details — hair framing, lighting tweaks, tone shifts, subtle movements — and you care deeply about getting those details right.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Minimum 2 years of video editing experience for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
• Strong portfolio of attention-grabbing short-form edits (ideally beauty, lifestyle, or creator-based)
• Mastery of Adobe Premiere and After Effects
• Social media native — understands algorithms, hooks, pacing, subtitles, and what makes people watch
• Deep interest in the beauty space
• Excellent English
• Unshakable reliability
• Highly responsive and proactive
• Organized and detail-obsessed
• Emotionally resilient — objective and drama-free
• Tech-savvy and open to using AI tools

• Edit short-form and occasional long-form beauty and lifestyle content
• Craft strong hooks and visuals that stop scrolling instantly

• Use feedback constructively
• Help transform great content into iconic brand moments
