Descripción

  • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Troubleshooting and diagnostic testing
  • Conduct preventive maintenance of all equipment that is already out of warranty and dusting off of all equipment covered by warranty
  • Replacement and repair of defective components of PDAEs which are already out of warranty
  • Deployment of IT resources (PC, printers, scanners, and other PDAEs)
  • Software installations and patch/version updates
  • Virus removal
  • other IT related task

Requisito

  • JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Graduate of any IT related course (Bachelors or Vocational)
  • with at least 1 year of work-related experience
  • with basic knowledge in hardware and software troubleshooting
  • with basic knowledge in LAN/WAN
