職務内容

説明

  •  Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  •  Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  •  Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  •  Support the preparation and execution of internal and external audits.
  •  Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  •  Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting activities.
  •  Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
  •  Prepare and submit tax returns and related documentation.
  •  Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
  •  Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
  • Various peer personality and clientele
  • Work Schedule 8:00AM – 5:00PM (Monday – Saturday)
  • Salary Range – starts P15,000/month, negotiable based on work experience

要件

  • Candidate would preferably be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Management Accounting or Accounting Technology;
  • Fresh graduate is considered to be a candidate;
  • Candidate must be between 23-45 years of age and of any sex;
  • Candidate possesses skills on computer literacy on the basics of Microsoft Office.
  • Candidate possesses a dynamic, goal driven and pressure oriented attitude with sense of initiative towards the task given on the job.
  • Candidate is expected to have a sense of ownership towards the work and the job beyond its normal working hours.
  • Candidate possesses a character of self-independence towards the job and can suit up with
accounting staff
