職務内容

• Responsible for daily office operations, security checks, and visitor management, etc.

• All administrative budget formulation and payment management.

• Supplier and contract performance management (contract signing, contract ledger, expiration warning, renewal, etc.)

• Corporate culture and promotion, event planning and organization

• Office site selection, leasing, decoration and other related work

• Design of administrative systems, administrative service plans, and process development

• Attendance and holiday management, creating attendance sheets

• Handle administrative procurement, supplier sourcing, price quotation comparison, and management of various assets. 


Requirements

• Bachelor's degree equivalent or above

• More than 3 years of administrative work experience

• Experience in event planning (e.g., festival activities, team-building projects) will be preferred.

• Good service awareness, strong execution and understanding ability, good self-drive

• Strong data processing and analytical skills.

• Gender is not limited

• Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills

• Ability to communicate fluently in Chinese is an advantage but NOT REQUIRED.
