職務内容

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Audit Assistant to support our audit team in planning and executing internal and/or external audits.
  • The Audit Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the review of financial records, systems, and processes to ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and applicable accounting standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (entry-level candidates with internships are welcome).
  • Basic understanding of auditing principles and accounting standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and integrity.
  •  Experience in inventory management or auditing.
  • Understanding of inventory flow processes (e.g., beginning, deliveries, transfers, damages, sales and ending balance).
  • Familiarity with LDTS, FIFO method, and stock reconciliation.
  • Can use inventory systems, spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets), and reporting tools.
