The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strategic partnerships witch clients, conducting market research and analysis, and developing innovative solutions to meet the needs of Telecom industry. The role also involves managing key client relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth. In particular,
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in target markets
Establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients and partners
Developing and implementing growth strategies and plans
Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
Increasing client base by securing contracts with new customers
Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue
Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
Writing business proposals and reports to company stakeholders
Conducting business presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
Tracking and reporting on sales activities and using relevant sales performance metrics
Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management
要件
5-7 years' experience in business development
with strong exposure in telco infrastructure
Knowledgeable in Chinese language, not a priority, but a plus factor
No applicants coming from abroad since they should have exposure to the current telco towers
Preferably have dealings with the telco companies
Project Engineer in Telco towers highly preferred
Previous Relationship Manager in PLDT (preferred but not required)
Job Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
Experience in the tower industry or digital infrastructure
Strong knowledge of the ICT industry and telecommunications infrastructure
