Description

We are a Singapore based company, selling smart gadgets products online.


As part of the Customer Success Team, you are required to serve our customers, communicate and assist them in a polite & professional manner. You will need to understand how smart gadgets work, check out online videos if you need to understand how specific gadget works.


This involves but is not limited to, guiding our customers through a step-by-step process. This role is an integral part of our commitment of service to our customers. To succeed in this role, the candidate must be able to show that they are capable of multitasking and communicate effectively.


We currently have an AI Chatbot integrated into our customer service system to manage inquiries. Your role will involve monitoring the chatbot's interactions, stepping in to assist if it provides incorrect or incomplete responses, and ensuring customers receive accurate and helpful support. Additionally, you will play a key role in continuously enhancing the chatbot's knowledge base by identifying gaps, updating information, and refining its responses to improve overall performance and customer satisfaction.


 We are looking for a exceptional customer success specialist who will;


  • Responsible to deliver a customer-centric experience and assist customers through livechat
  • Going the extra mile to ensure customers’ needs and expectation are met
  • Actively involved in refining customer experience through customer feedbacks and observing daily operations
  • Proactive and initiative to constantly improve internal processes

Requirements

  • A true love for customer service
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to assist customers with any issues they face when they shop with us, including product enquiry, delivery or order related enquiry
  • Cheerful and friendly disposition when communicating with customers
  • Strong sense of dedication to our customers’ happiness
  • Process-oriented and good attention for detail
  • Accountable and responsible team-player
  • Ability to understand the technical issues on smart gadgets
  • Location: Remotely work from anywhere, at your own comfort.
  • Working Days: Monday to Sunday (5 Weekdays + 1 Weekend)
  • Working Hours: 12pm to 9pm (GMT+8), 1 hour break
