Manila Padel Club is pioneering the introduction of padel in the Philippines, bringing this social sport to the country for the first time. Our mission is to bring people together through competition and fun. Located in the heart of Bonifacio Global City, our flagship venue features five high-quality courts that meet International Padel Federation standards. We offer a variety of programs including coaching, tournaments, leagues, and social events. As the first padel provider in the Philippines, we are actively looking to expand and welcome inquiries about opening new locations.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, located in Metro Manila. The Executive Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative tasks which include providing executive support, handling expense reports, and managing the CEO's diary. This role also involves performing various administrative assistance duties to ensure smooth operations.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
  • Skills in Executive Support and Diary Management
  • Proficiency in handling Expense Reports
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
