SAP Finance Sr Manager

Responsibilities

- Lead the development and implementation of impactful SAP solutions

- Guide the execution of large-scale projects

- Innovate processes to enhance operational efficiency

- Interact with clients at a senior level to secure project success

- Leverage specialized knowledge of industry trends and firm offerings

- Provide strategic input into the firm's business strategies

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 10 years of experience with 10-15 years of experience in SAP S4HANA Finance, with minimum 3 E2E implementations

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Broad SAP S4HANA Central Finance Management knowledge

- Leading a team of Finance specialists

- Knowledge of modules like FI-GL, FI-AR, FI-AP, Asset Accounting

- Creating POC & engaging with Go to Teams for client demos

- Mentoring, coaching and managing multiple teams and projects

- Proven experience in configuring, testing and supporting SAP Finance solutions

- Developing a collaborative and cohesive team

- Advanced knowledge in JIRA, Agile Delivery model

Additional Qualification:

• Flexible to support different US time zones (2:00PM to 11:00PM / 3:00PM to 12AM / 4:00PM to 1:00AM / 5:00PM to 2:00AM)
• Amenable to work in BGC Taguig Metro Manila
