  • Attila, Incorporated, a leader in the Food & Beverages industry, is seeking an Organizational Development Specialist.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Conduct assessments to identify organizational needs and performance gaps.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align development strategies with company goals.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of development programs.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Public or Business Administration, Behavioral Science, or a related field
  • At least 6 months of background in end-to-end training is an advantage
  • Willing to work in West Ave. Quezon City
  • Experience in the retail company is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to cope in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Photoshop skill is a plus
