Proficient in cost control in the construction industry, has excellent business negotiation skills, and a cost-awareness throughout the project life-cycle. This person will join our team and provide core support for cost optimization, business cooperation, and achieving profit goals in construction projects. 1.       Bachelor’s degree in:

Ø Civil Engineering (preferred and often required)

Ø Quantity Surveying

Ø Architecture

Ø Other related technical fields

2.       Extensive knowledge in:

Ø Construction methods, labor, materials, and equipment costing

Ø Project budgeting and tender preparation

3.       Proficiency in:

Ø Cost estimating software (e.g., Planswift, CostOS, Bluebeam)

Ø Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools

4.       Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred but not always required)

5.       Strong leadership, time management, and decision-making skills

6.       Ability to review and validate estimates and provide value engineering recommendations

7.       Can coordinate with project engineers, suppliers, and management on project cost planning

Minimum 5 years of solid experience in estimation and quantity surveying
